These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Kaharagia Connect, the official digital identity and single sign-on ("SSO") system of the Principality of Kaharagia.
By creating, claiming, accessing, or using a Kaharagia Connect account, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all Users worldwide, whether or not they hold Kaharagian nationality or any other legal status.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Kaharagia Connect" or "Service" means the sovereign digital identity, authentication, and single sign-on system operated by the Principality of Kaharagia.
- "User" means any individual who creates, claims, or uses an account through Kaharagia Connect.
- "Connected Service" means any digital portal, system, or application operated by or on behalf of the Principality of Kaharagia that relies on Kaharagia Connect for authentication.

3.2 The Service:
- Confirms digital identity for authentication purposes only;
- Enables single sign-on across Connected Services; and
- Supports account security and access control.
3.3 Kaharagia Connect does not itself provide substantive services, benefits, approvals, determinations, or decisions. Each Connected Service operates under its own terms, policies, and authorities.

4.3 No external service or organisation may rely on Kaharagia Connect without explicit authorisation from the Operator.
5. NO FEES AND NON-COMMERCIAL OPERATION
5.1 Use of Kaharagia Connect is free of charge. No fees are required to create, maintain, or use an account.
5.2 The Service is non-commercial. The Operator does not sell access, credentials, authentication services, or accounts.
5.3 The Operator does not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise monetise personal data or authentication activity.
6. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ISSUANCE
6.1 Use of the Service is open internationally to Kaharagians and non-Kaharagians alike.
6.2 Accounts may be:
- Self-created by Users; or
- Pre-issued by the Operator and required to be claimed using assigned credentials.
6.3 Accounts are issued to individuals only and are personal and non-transferable.
6.4 Users must provide accurate, current, and truthful information when creating or maintaining an account.
6.5 Where Users lack full legal capacity, responsibility for account use rests with the User"s lawful guardian or representative. Certain Connected Services may impose additional eligibility or age-related requirements.
7. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL
7.1 A Kaharagia Connect account represents a digital identity record, not a property right.

7.3 Users may not:
- Share, sell, transfer, assign, or lease their account;
- Permit third-party use of their Credentials; or
- Use the Service for deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonation purposes.

8.3 The Operator may implement and enforce security measures including:
- Password complexity and rotation requirements;

- Forced resets, re-verification, account lockdowns, or credential revocation.
8.4 The Operator is not responsible for compromise resulting from User negligence, misuse, or failure to follow security instructions.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not:
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security controls;
- Interfere with system integrity or availability;
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
- Misrepresent identity or legal status, including claims of nationality or authority.
Violation of this section constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

10.2 No personal data is sold, rented, traded, licensed, or shared for commercial, marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.
10.3 Data is shared only:
- With Connected Services, strictly as required for authentication and authorisation; or
- Where required by lawful authority.
10.4 Detailed data handling practices are set out in the Kaharagia Connect Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT
11.1 By creating a Kaharagia Connect account, Users consent to receive:
- Essential service and security notifications;
- Account-related communications; and
- The official Kaharagian Newsletter, which may include governmental, cultural, and programme-related updates.
11.2 Users may opt out of non-essential communications where legally permitted, but may not opt out of critical service, legal, or security notices.
12. NATIONALITY AND LEGAL STATUS DISCLAIMER
12.1 Authentication through Kaharagia Connect does not constitute proof of nationality, citizenship, residence, or any other legal status.
12.2 Possession of an account does not imply approval, recognition, entitlement, or legal standing by the Principality of Kaharagia.

14.2 The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary relationship, agency, employment, partnership, or contractual entitlement beyond access to authentication services.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or harm arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service;
- Actions or decisions of Connected Services;
- Security incidents beyond reasonable technical control; or
- Reliance on authentication results.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
